ORDERING
A further improvement we have implemented is to consolidate our DuraPost stock into one warehouse, to ensure all items can be shipped on the same delivery. With this we wanted to simplify the ordering process whilst ensuring it's commercially viable to offer a carriage paid order. However, this has resulted in changes to how we need to receive your DuraPost orders, which is detailed below:PALLET ORDERS
We require normal stock order to make up a pallet quantity:- This can be combined with any combination of stock, ordered in multiples of the minimum order quantity shown.
- A shipping contribution will apply of Ā£50 to orders under 0.69 of a pallet weight (1250kg), or if the value of the order is over Ā£1,800.
- If the order goes over one pallet weight and required a second pallet, then we require that pallet to be 'carriage paid' in its own right. The requirement of that pallet will then be as follows:
- The order value is over Ā£1,800 per pallet (e.g. Ā£3,600 for a 2 pallet order)
- This will apply to each new pallet.
SMALL ORDERS
On the occasion you require something that will not make up a pallet quantity (e.g. 10 capping rails), we can accept these orders however, a small order charge of Ā£20 will apply to the order.- Example: A small order of 10 capping rails and 10 gravel boards will be subject to a Ā£20 small order charge. Please not orders placed on our website will have this charge automatically applied when processed by the Sales team and may result in a call to take any additional payment.
