What are the Vento Panels made from?
The DuraPost® Vento Composite Fence Panel is a vertical hit and miss panel system, that consists of 16 composite boards, and 3 horizontal steel rails.
The rails are manufactured from galvanised steel (grade S235 (mild steel)), nano-coated then powder coated to produce a durable weather resistant product.
The slats are made from a combination of the natural bi-products from rice crops (rice husks), and recycled HDPE. Rice husks are the hard protective coverings of rice grains which are separated from the grains during milling process. Rice husk is an abundantly available bi-product in all rice producing countries.

How long does it take to build a Vento Composite Panel?
Generally speaking, once you have installed the posts and allowed the concrete to dry, it takes between 2 and 5 minutes to install a Vento Panel.
Can the Vento Panel be used with Commercial DuraPost?
Yes, the Vento rails can be fixed to a commercial post. Though it is worth noting that the commercial posts aren't powder-coated (though they can be if specifically requested), so this may be a consideration if you're planning on matching the colour of the rails and posts.
Do the DuraPost Vento Panels come with a guarantee?

Are the Vento Panels UV resistant?
Part of the composite that makes up the Vento Panel is a UV stabilising ingredient, which makes up about 10-20% of the material. This UV stabilising ingredient significantly reduces the affect of the sun on our Vento Panels. That being said, we do expect a colour change/fade (which is entirely natural, like a timber material would do) of 1 grade.
